- Delete She is alive. We do not need a fair use image to depict her in later life, nor do we need a fair use image to depict a SAG award. --Hammersoft (talk) 15:50, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Could be replaced with a free image. Was tagged as such, however I've declined the speedy, and brought it here for discussion. PhilKnight (talk) 15:36, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment how can a screenshot of a copyrighted TV show that has finished production and is still under copyright protection be replaced with free content? 65.94.252.195 (talk) 05:08, 3 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete image is replaceable by a free variant (frequently happens with onset photography), and the image isn't mentioned in the prose, near as I can tell, and therefore not needed to increase reader's understanding of the article (which is excessively heavy in plot elements as is). --Hammersoft (talk) 15:50, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- A screenshot of a functional monochrome monitor can be accomplished or acquired that doesn't include non-free elements as this one does, failing WP:NFCC#1. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 17:55, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- You mean the Wikipedia logo? Gigs (talk) 01:14, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- As well as the Mozilla Firefox logo, not to mention the possible copyrightability of the bookmarked icons. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 14:56, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Lugo Victoria Panteon de los Heroes.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs) - uploaded by Veritiel (notify | contribs).
- The photograph depicts a celebration that occurs annually, so this is a replaceable non-free image. Was tagged as such, however, I've declined the speedy, and brought it here for discussion. PhilKnight (talk) 23:31, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep It's not a celebration that ocurs annually, its something that happens every time that something deemed historic occurs. This shows the celebration that took place after the colorado party lost in the 2008 elections, so again, not annualy. It's not replaceable since these celebrations or events hardly take place and media covering them are very rare. Veritiel (talk) 12:11, 3 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete replaceable with a free variant the next time such a celebration occurs. It's not a unique event. That it is hard to get a free variant is of no consequence. It can be done, and therefore this is replaceable. Ergo, delete. --Hammersoft (talk) 15:50, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete: the use of this non-free image in Francisco Solano López (politician) adds nothing contextually significant to the article that could be not stated in the prose, so fails WP:NFCC#8 too. ww2censor (talk) 15:18, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
