- Source is "Old magazine scan". Scanning does not convey rights to the person doing the scanning. Therefore the uploader holds no rights to image, and has no basis for the "PD-self" tag. Rob (talk) 09:28, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Keep as fair use, as the person is dead, unless an acceptable free version can be found. I agree that the tag is completely wrong though. ▫ JohnnyMrNinja 10:08, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]- So we can keep an image without knowing where it came from, when it was made, or who created it? Are all images of notable deceased people useable if there's no free image? --Rob (talk) 18:18, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Good point. I'm sure someone could talk the copyright-holder of an image into releasing one for use anyway...▫ JohnnyMrNinja 10:20, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- I just sent an email to the IPCI. There should be a number of other sources people can try, given how widely seen in public he was. --Rob (talk) 21:29, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: - Delete - image fails WP:NFCC#1. nothing convincing about the image not being replaceable with a free one of the actress - Peripitus (Talk) 11:28, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Invalid fair-use. This character wears no special costume, this is just a picture of the actress. Replaceable image of living person. ▫ JohnnyMrNinja 10:06, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete invalid fair use, per nom. Guy0307 (talk) 13:14, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep as uploader. She is in costume, hair and makeup as a specific character. A picture of the actress would be just that and not a picture of the character.--Opark 77 (talk) 13:01, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: Erroneous Nomination. When following the listing instructions (step 2), you need to replace "File_name.ext
" with the actual name of the file. You'll also want to put the name of the uploader just after "Uploader=
", and your reason for deletion just after "Reason=
". Feel free to just replace this entire section with the corrected template. If you are still having trouble, ask for help at WT:FFD or at my talk page. AnomieBOT⚡ 18:10, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
