This is a derivative work of a sculpture. There is no freedom of panorama in the United States and this in not a work of the federal government. This image falls in the category of fair use and it is totally correct to use it in its respective article. I would also like to notify the admins about the one who nominated this images for deletion. If you look at his contribution history, you will easily find out that he has nothing to do but to wipe out any signs of opposition to the current government of Iran. I am nearly sure that whatever he does is politicaly motivated, just like this nomination for deletion of a picture of a recently jailed woman (whose life is in grave danger at the moment) by the Iranian government for political reasons.
