Rationale for this image claims that it is not replaceable as there is "no photo on Wikipedia showing a DC-10 in the MDC livery". This seems a very weak reason to be using a non-free image when Commons has so very many free ones. WP:NFCC#8 requires that the use of this image "would significantly increase readers' understanding of the topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding". Delete being used in McDonnell Douglas article with the caption DC-10 prototype in flight, 1970, no discussion about company liveries on the DC-10. Non-free content rationale claims this image of a living person is irreplaceable as it "show[s] the filmmaker engaged in the act of directing as opposed to a posed head shot". But there is nothing in the image itself which shows this. This does not seem to meet all the requirements of Wikipedia:non-free content criteria.
