- The Queensland parliament website copyright information is here. I note that material on the website is licenced under "CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 AU". Whether this compatible with Wikipedia, I don't know. An exception is made for 'Queensland Parliament materials", which are covered by standard copyright. What Parliament materials are is (confusingly) defined as:
- "includes:
- documents such as publications and reports, Hansard, fact sheets, classroom activities
- graphics
- audio and video files"
- "includes:
- This appears to mean that it could be subject to standard copyright, as that list is not exhaustive.

OTRS ticket received, article now licensed and compatible with CC-BY-SA, following extended and unproductive discussion at ANI. Thank you, Shirt58, that licence is indeed not compatible here; however, the contribution from Garner is specifically acknowledged on the page, so I saw no reason not to accept his claim of ownership (and thus his permission).
