Arabic and Chinese Wikipedias have similar-looking text, but from what I can make of the page histories there, it seems those articles were created after ours. Given the language used in our article, compared with the English language proficiency of the CCI subject, I think ours is likely to be the original copyvio of a source or sources that aren't, or never were, online.
