SCV for 2014-09-15 Edit

  • Source says its content is from here (looks like from 2012), though I can't find an obviously deleted article by that name, or the full name of the site. Perhaps an admin can check to make sure? CrowCaw 23:25, 25 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Digging deeper and with Google xlate, it looks to be as the author states on the talk page, that the text is a translation from the Italian Wikipedia. The internet copy, which looks to be from 2013 given the comments, also looks like a translation, which differs slightly from this article's translation (but enough for the bot to catch it). So I think we're ok here, but as always, a second opinion is welcome. CrowCaw 18:15, 9 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • I think you are right in your analysis, Crow: I believe the editor translated it in good faith from the Italian article, as tagged on the talk page. However, the it.wp page has long-standing copyright problems (which I have tagged but not dealt with), so I think this one has inherited them. It's complex, so I'm going to list it at WP:CP.
