This is probably ok. The objecting party has edited since I cleaned it without reverting again here. Pinging Moonriddengirl and Justlettersandnumbers on related pages that were discussed on this article: Nation branding and Soft Power Survey (and possibly others linked from Nation Branding): These all seem to be lists compiled from subjective criteria from each company, so would seem to be copyrighted as well, yes? @Moonriddengirl: There's a template full of these! I'll have at them, but question on Composite Index of National Capability. That seems to be based on quantifiable facts, but the equation used to generate the score is likely proprietary. How to handle this kind of case? Thanks again for letting me bug you! Urgh. I hate these cases. :/ User:Crow, on the strength of a long-ago discussion about Billboard charts, it's my understanding that it comes down to human judgment: Wikipedia_talk:Copyrights/Archive_13#Billboard_charts. I have since been advised that this was a pretty liberal precedent, but I suspect that this chart could fall under that umbrella. If it showed up at WP:CP, I would probably ask for clarification (which I may not get - Mike was very liberal about advising on specific articles), and I doubt that I would myself take responsibility for restoring the content. But I also wouldn't seek it out to blank on my own certainty, as I did the other two articles. --Moonriddengirl ^(talk) 22:16, 30 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Moonriddengirl, Crow, I fear this can of worms is not yet drained to its last bitter drop. I've just removed "ordinary" copy-paste copyvio from Nation branding, and nominated Soft Power Survey for deletion as G12 (same editor in both cases, the same as here).
