Sorry, Moonriddengirl, memory failing a bit there, had to go back and look at it again. The passage I identified as copyvio from the Encyclopedia of Louisville was added with this edit on 21 June 2008. The whole passage from "In 1916, two years after the death of William R. Belknap ..." to "... at the Douglass Loop on the second Saturday in October" is verbatim from the "Belknap" entry on page 83. That made me suspicious (to say the least) of all material added by that editor, though I didn't manage to track down any other definite infringement; that suspicion also tentatively extended to this addition in 2007, though again without confirmation.
