Um. The majority of this short article consists of direct quotes from an EU policy document. The quotes are attributed and marked with quotation marks, so I think technically OK, however, it doesn't feel right to have such a high proportion of quotation in an article. I had a quick look at this a couple of days ago and couldn't find anything concerning apart from what had already been removed. Given the circumstances I wanted to give it a more thorough look over and I didn't have the time so left the listing. If you can't find anything either then I'm thinking we don't have a problem although, if you think it's necessary, I'll try and find time for more than a quick look sometime in the next few days.
