[edit]- Empowerment evaluation - new article text reads like it came from elsewhere. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Equaaldoors (talk • contribs) 07:32, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
- Note: Article was speedy deleted as copvio from http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=fzp4V_9HyAwC&pg=PA14&lpg=PA14&dq=%22Empowerment+evaluation+relies+on+the+reciprocal+relationship+between+theories+of+action+and+use%22&source=bl&ots=rwBP Voceditenore (talk) 14:38, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
- Further note: It has been recreated for the third time! I've removed one blatant section, but the whole article needs examining. Does it need {{Copyviocore}}? The original author, a Stanford University professor, appears to be copying from his own published works. The article was recreated (twice) by what may be an alternate account. I've left both a note about Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. Voceditenore (talk) 18:21, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
- DF: Hi - still learning how to navigate and post - so please bear with me. However, I am working with a former student on this and the duplicative phrasing was removed. We are two different people. This is not a sub-account of mine. I apologize if I am not posting this in the right place but I tried to connect to Voceditenore talk but I could not see where to post my message. I hope this works for now. I appreciate your comments and would appreciate any assistance in posting this correctly. Thanks. Profdavidf (talk) 18:42, 9 January 2012 (UTC) (David)
- I'm responding on your talk page and will explain more fully there how to take this forward. Voceditenore (talk) 19:23, 9 January 2012 (UTC)

I'm not a clerk. Just realized I shouldn't be adding the review icons (if I've interpreted the instructions correctly?)I am a clerk now. Anyhow, I removed {{copypaste}} once it was cleaned. Article was never blanked with {{Copyvio}}. Voceditenore (talk) 08:27, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

Note these were the sources of the biggest chunks of verbatim material, but I suspect the whole article is made up of sentences taken from yet more sources. It's going to need a complete rewrite. Duplication Detector reports for 3 biggest chunks: [1], [2], [3]. – Voceditenore (talk) 14:15, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
- Note: According to the OTRS clerk, the OTRS received did not establish a credible claim to ownership of any of the above sources. See also Talk:Mobile Payments in India. Voceditenore (talk) 08:53, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

- Not a copyright violation if you simply look at the page history and it's progression over time, rather, the external website has verbatim copied the text from wikipedia. -Qadri fan (talk) 22:40, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
Backwardscopy. Tag and explanation placed at talk page. --Voceditenore (talk) 08:13, 14 January 2012 (UTC)
The blog post is backwards copyvio. It was posted on January 4, 2010 (without attribution), and is identical to the WP version of December 29, 2009, right down to the tell-tale markup using == == for section headings. e.g. "==Honours and Apponintments==".
