The original insertion virtually admits, in the last sentence, that it's a copy although it also claims permission. Given that the insertion was by an IP who hasn't edited in nearly three years following up on the claim is going to be difficult so I suspect this is going to have to be reverted and I don't currently have time to sort that out as it's almost bed time!
