Copyright investigations (manual article tagging)
[edit]
  • Article cleaned by investigator or others. No remaining infringement. Done.:) You don't need to give them a second warning, though; the template they get when it's blanked contains all the necessary info, including the caution about potential blocks. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 00:22, 1 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • If copyrighted content cannot be cleanly excised (as is often the case with derivative works), we revert or delete, unless a rewrite has been proposed. BTW, if you haven't read through Wikipedia:Copyright problems/Advice for admins, it would probably be good reading for you. :) I know you're not an admin at this point, but it's still got a lot of usable information. If you have feedback on it, please let me know at my talk page. I hope to complete and close this day soon and never to see it again. :D --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:59, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Article cleaned by investigator or others. No remaining infringement. Rewritten. I didn't really have time for this, but fear of Wikipedia:Systemic bias will sometimes drive me to take time. :/ This article has been deleted three times now for copyright issues, and we need something on this notable man. Fortunately, there was an accessible source. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:37, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
