Article cleaned by investigator or others. No remaining infringement. The selected bibliography was a problem, and I could not determine the origin of most of the text in the article. Based on the timestamps, I think some of the foundation was first posted at PlanetPhysics (which as mentioned above is GFDL), but some was written here and then placed on PlanetPhysics later, so even without proof of same authorship not all of it's copyvio, but I wasn't going to pick through the details just yet in the hope that something would be on record at OTRS.
