- Constantine of Berat (history · last edit) from http://www.albanianliterature.net/authors_early/berat.html. Interesting case: it appears that the author, upon request by a Wikipedian back in '05, released all content on his website under the GFDL (documented at User:Millosh/Permissions from Robert Elsie); this new content, having been added after 1 November 2008, cannot currently be used. I've left the user a message asking if he would request the author release under CC-By-SA. There may also be issues with the documentation of the permission, which I happily leave to an OTRS-er to look at - which have a wider implication for the other articles taken from the website. – Toon 20:48, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
- This is a relist, since OTRS is incomplete. See Ticket:2009112010034951. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:19, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- Will relist again while awaiting OTRS approval. — CactusWriter | needles 12:55, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
- Contributor was advised what was needed on November 20th. If this is not cleared by its next due date, I think we'll have to presume he could not obtain it. :/ --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:10, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
- Deleted. No response since November 20th. The OTRS release is unusable, as it does not specify license and authorizes reuse only "to the extent that I am authorized to give you such permission for usage." --Moonriddengirl (talk) 12:44, 7 December 2009 (UTC)
