This is kind of an odd one -- the text is taken from the link above, which says that it in turn is taken from the original author:

Please note that this is taken word for word verbatim from Pete Hautman's book Godless, ��© 2005, and that this is by no means my work, I just pieced it together and added a cool font. :D
