  • Gene prediction (history · last edit). Here is an interesting situation. The fourth paragraph of the introduction in this paper in In Silico Biology is essentially identical to various parts of the Wikipedia article. However, one can look at the revision history and see that the relevant passages were added to Wikipedia in June 2005, while the paper was submitted more than a year later, in August 2006. At face value, it appears that either the journal paper borrowed from Wikipedia, or alternatively that they both borrowed from some third source. --Infinity34 19:52, 24 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Decided to not delete the para. Adequately discussed on talk page. --Alvestrand 14:40, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Have contacted the author of the article, and she's going to rewrite the bit in question. MeegsC | Talk 08:19, 26 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Images from User:Tofts These images was deleted because they were uploaded under a non-commercial license. They are now uploaded under GFDL, but I don't belive the user has gotten this permission. Many of the images are probably taken from http://www.faroenature.net/ since the uploader has written @Faroenature as a summary. Rettetast 16:19, 24 May 2007 (UTC) [reply]
