- I restored it after deletion for "blatant copyvio" by Geni. It isn't really blatant. The article had first edits in 2001, and edits that old are not all preserved. So we don't know whether it was entered at once (and likely copied), or gradually (likely not copied). The earliest edit is similar, but not identical to that website. It might have been copied, changed here, and edits showing that lost; or copied from that website and then the original changed; or copied inexactly; or copied the other way. Someone should take a closer look at it (article history, Internet Archive for the other website or whatever). Taw 18:54, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

- [21] does not contain copyright statement of any kind, but the website says "Copyright © 1995-2005 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; ALL RIGHTS RESERVED". It seems that states unlike the federal government can copyright stuff. If someone feels like sending them an email, go ahead. Taw 19:16, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

- Image:Deregulated USA.gif (history · last edit) from "Public Utilities Commission of Texas". Checking both puc.state.tx.us and powertochoose.org, BOTH clearly display unambiguous copyrights, hence the "Public Domain" tag is incorrect. This is also likely NOT allowable as "Fair Use" since it could be very easily recreated from whatever data it was drawn from (Also unexplained). 68.39.174.238 02:15, 23 October 2006 (UTC) (PS. - Image:Hannity.jpg listed as fair use - but is a picture of a living person used only to illustrate the bio of a living person. Disruptive POV-editwarrior reverting all attempts to remove picture. JBKramer 21:01, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
- It's a released publicity photo, policy allows that until we can get a free replacement. Night Gyr (talk/Oy) 13:24, 24 October 2006 (UTC)

- "Some people find it easier to understand the concept of fair use from what is not fair use. Here are a few examples of uses that would almost certainly not be acceptable as fair use: ... An image of a living person that merely shows what they look like." JBKramer 14:05, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
- Which was immediately disputed when it was added and I still disagree with as a case of copyright paranoia. Why do we have the {{promophoto}} and {{promotional}} tags if it's not acceptable to use them? Eh, this image has been replaced by a free one, so it isn't necessary, but I still disagree with the exclusion of released promotional material when no free replacement is currently available.
