Promotional, linkfarm, non-notable... let me count the reasons this really doesn't seem to merit an article. PROD'ed and then restored per challenge from author, but I just don't see how this does or can meet inclusion criteria: if it were cleaned up of all the promotional material, there would be nothing left.
