Tagged for notability since September, and for references since August 2006. Nothing but arguing and accusations of vandalism on the talk page. But regardless of the fact that nobody wants to improve this article, I'm seeing absolutely nothing in the way of notability per WP:WEB, just a bunch of fancruft.
