Startup ecosystem

This article has existed for far too long without ANY citations or references. Articles with citations, but that others find objection to, are deleted almost immediately. I'm holding the editors of this article to the standard that all articles must face. Either bring this article up to WP standards or allow its deletion. Keep - Per my !vote in the first AfD: Preliminary source searches indicate that the topic meets Wikipedia's threshold of notability.
