Merge to Chain (unit), which is a good article about a coherent topic, and should be expanded to include the subunit 'link', which is what a chain is made from. Note that there is another article Link (unit), but this is ambivalent between being the generic subunit of a chain and the specific "Gunter's chain". So much needs to be sorted out.
