A case of WP:NOTEVERYTHING. Spice ranks are useful, in fact we have one. However, that does not make them something which is notable enough to have a page. The first two sources are definition, the third (of three) is a blog that (rightly) suggests that they help to organize a kitchen. I agree, but no need for a page on that here IMHO.
