This seems to be a student essay, including author, and while it may be a good student essay I don't believe it is remotely encyclopedic as it is. It is pure original research and strongly opinionated. The single source does not seem to substantiate the content in the article. It has been tagged with multiple needs for improvement for well over half a year and has not been improved.
