Keep Searching for "risk-return tradeoff" (a more common name for it than risk-return spectrum) at Google scholar yields 3,850 hits and at Google books, 13,000 hits . This is a highly notable topic and a fundamental part of modern portfolio theory. The article itself has some serious problems: it is essay-like, doesn't cite or contain sources and much of the article discusses an extended set of examples of of different risk-return tradeoffs with respect to various financial instruments rather than the concept of risk-return tradeoff. But these are surmountable problems WP:SURMOUNTABLE and the topic has potential WP:POTENTIAL. Both of these policies indicate that the article should be kept in some form.
