The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (companies) requirement. I don't see any reliable coverage required by NCOMPANY/GNG. Sources include TechCrunch, which I classify as a trade journal covering nearly anything related to Internet start ups (and trade journals are not considered sufficient for NCOMPANY, see recent discussion on it's talk page), a passing mention in the WSJ start up column, and another low reliabilitry niche, local trade journal.
