This is not a widely-known term (and probably a joke). The article itself states that it was originated over dinner in spring of this year (i.e. sometime in the last week). - Keep - I must agree that this makes me smile, but in fact a very real term. ISV are often using this term in marketing materials and sales presentations. I think others in IT roles will agree.
