Reading the article, this seems to be a local chapter of bg:Асоциация Анимус that forked of. Only source in english found [1]. They are listed as NGO that works with the European Comission [2]. Slight keep, but needs serious work Arved (talk) 21:59, 3 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
