Delete: The sole reference says only that a candidate of this name came third in a 2012 election but is being used to support his candidacy for 2017. His name is mentioned in SP releases 142-candidate list for UP Assembly polls (26 March 2016). I am seeing nothing which meets the WP:POLITICIAN or wider WP:BASIC criteria.
