declined PROD. the one source introduced in declining the prod is merely him saying something as spokesperson for the government rather than him being the subject of coverage. there is no inherent notability being an ambassador let alone deputy ambassador. Delete as I will concur with the nomination in this case as I examined the article and thought deeply, but simply came to the conclusion that his actual position is in fact not convincing for WP:POLITICIAN and is otherwise not suggestive of his own article.
