- Keep, bordering on speedy keep. He was North Dakota Attorney General, a statewide elected office, for seven years, and therefore clearly passes WP:POLITICIAN. The article already has sources, and even the quickest look at the GBooks, GNews, and GScholar results shows that there are many, many sources about him. His notability is not in question and there is no other reason to delete, rather than expand, this article.--Arxiloxos (talk) 16:14, 22 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
