Delete and salt. Fails general notability tests. Article largely appears to be promotional. Sorry, I didn't notice the two other AfDs that also were resolved as delete. Seems to me that this should be a speedy delete. Shritwod (talk) 02:47, 25 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

NOTE - I went back and reviewed the first AfD closely and it does seem to be for a different person of the same name, however the second AfD does seem to be the same person as this one. Delete per my comment at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Matthew Tye (2nd nomination). Delete per the lack of significant coverage in reliable sources. My searches for sources did not return substantial coverage about the subject. He fails Wikipedia:Notability#General notability guideline.
