Notability and lack of sourcing. There is no significance to any of this outside of its own universe, and it isn't even adequately sourcing itself from within that. Andy Dingley (talk) 16:55, 8 January 2020 (UTC)

- KEEP Valid spinoff article. The template shows just how many articles there are for BattleTech, it quite a notable series, a lot of shows and publications and games based on it. Best to just have all their characters in one place. Dream Focus 21:15, 10 January 2020 (UTC)
- So source it, or else it goes. Andy Dingley (talk) 21:40, 10 January 2020 (UTC)
- Most spin off articles of this type have no sources, nor need them. Its sourced to the media. In articles about notable media which have the character list fit inside them, they don't have sources for the character lists, nor do they tell you the plot summary is referenced to the subject the article is about. Dream Focus 22:38, 10 January 2020 (UTC)
- Your assertion is not true and has not been true for at least a decade now. --Izno (talk) 19:36, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
- @Andy Dingley: FWIW I've put a bit of advice at Dream Focus's UTP. ミラP 03:16, 11 January 2020 (UTC)

- This is a pile of cruft. Delete per WP:NOTPLOT. --Izno (talk) 19:36, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
- Delete. Some of my earliest wiki articles where BT fancruft. But I grew up, and now I can sadly say this doesn't meet NFICTION and like. Fortunately, all info is preserved on https://battletech.gamepedia.com/Battletech_Wiki / https://battletech.fandom.com/wiki/BattleTech / https://www.sarna.net/wiki/Main_Page (sigh, 3 wikis, I guess it means 3 egos...). --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 11:43, 15 January 2020 (UTC)
