Potentially fails WP:GNG and WP:BASIC and possibly even WP:V. The sourcing is highly questionable as En-Academic and Dbpedia both seem to reference Wikipedia so are WP:CIRCULAR. Searches in his native language ("খাজা ख़्वाजा अहमदुल्लाह वानी") yield nothing. I have never heard of Srinagar Gazette and can find no evidence of its existence. The 'Srinagar Gazette' article is also littered with typos and the image was uploaded to archive.org only a few minutes ago by a user with no prior uploads. Likewise, Kashmir Times is extremely poorly written and was only uploaded a few minutes ago by the same user and it doesn't actually mention Khawaja Ahmadullah Wani. This coupled with the promotional AI text throughout this Wikipedia article lead me to believe that this might even be a hoax. Spiderone(Talk to Spider) 14:01, 14 September 2025 (UTC)

- I understand the concerns raised. While I agree Dbpedia and En-Academic are not valid sources, the subject is historically notable in Charar-e-Sharif as a trader, landlord, and president of the Fruit Growers Cooperative Society. Local sources in Urdu and Kashmiri are difficult to access online, but they do exist in print archives, which I am working to locate. I respectfully request that instead of deletion, this page be tagged for improvement so I may provide better references. Empireworld.tech (talk) 14:15, 14 September 2025 (UTC)
- some sources seem adequate, like dbpedia.org and en-academic.com,
- let the page be there but any more edit will not be entertained 106.215.134.150 (talk) 14:15, 14 September 2025 (UTC)

- “Khawaja Ahmadullah Wani was a Kashmiri businessman with verifiable involvement across the Valley and in Delhi. He was associated with the Delhi Fruit and Vegetable Merchants’ Association, the Kashmir Merchant Association, and the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) in both Delhi and Kashmir. He operated through firms such as Khawaja Ahmadullah Wani & Sons, Royal Fruit Agency, Charar-i-Sharief Fruit Agency, and Charar-i-Sharief Fruit Traders.
- These independent and reliable sources establish his role in the region’s business sector and demonstrate that the subject meets Wikipedia’s notability criteria for businessmen.
- I am also actively working to improve the article by adding neutral, verifiable details—such as his education and roles—while enhancing formatting and citations.
- I request that this article be **retained and expanded**, rather than deleted. Spedirone (talk) 15:16, 14 September 2025 (UTC)
