The result was merge to Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Netherlands). Feel free to redirect faster if not much to merge. I prefer WP:Alternatives to deletion when possible, Missvain (talk) 23:22, 27 May 2021 (UTC)

There are quite a few google hits (even on Scholar/Books) but I am struggling to find anything that is not a catalogue-entry or a WP:SIGCOV-failing repeat of their mission ("IICD aims to assist local stakeholders in the formulation of national policy recommendations..." and like). The current catalogue-like entry is also unreferenced. Also, there is a possible COPYVIO here from [1] (I don't have access to the full view here, but the first sentence is copied verbatim from there). No Dutch Wikipedia entry. The NGO seems to be gone (closed in 2015), so it is not likely to achieve feats granting it notaiblity in the future. Given lack of reception for its past activities it fails WP:NORG and I can't find sources to improve it - but maybe someone else here can? Just please, avoid pure googlehits or quoting sources that do not meet SIGCOV. Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 08:58, 4 May 2021 (UTC)

- Delete. Brief article on a defunct organization in the general sphere of the presentday Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation (Netherlands), who sits at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Netherlands). Theoretically this is best merged into the government ministry, however, I did not find a great sentence that is missing at the target or a relevant list there so delete and redirect or merge without adding information are in order. gidonb (talk) 03:09, 10 May 2021 (UTC)
- Comment. Merge/redirect candidate is Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Netherlands). To the nominator: please identify possible merge/redirect targets as part of your WP:BEFORE. gidonb (talk) 13:43, 12 May 2021 (UTC)
