Youtube as a source lacks independence, reliability, editorial oversight, and several other characteristics that made a source suitable to make a claim of notability about it. Until this particular Youtube video gets discussed in such sources (i.e., in major newspapers or magazines, in a book, or in an academic journal, etc.) it doesn't appear to meet our notability requirements (see WP:VIDEOLINK for discussion about the appropriateness of using Youtube as a source for an article).
