Delete Does not appear to have coverage in reliable secondary sources per WP:NORG. All sources on page appear primary, and have been claimed by linkrot. Could not find updated versions via googling. Note that it has been tagged as needed additional references since 2007. Few substantive edits have occurred since 2008. Couldn't find any articles, media mentions, or references in general despite trying numerous search booleans (such as "Dutch Grassroots projects Oaxaca", "Dutch Grassroots projects", "Grassroots projects Netherlands") to attempt to get around the fact there are a lot of "grassroots" organizations.
