Keep in agreement with Timmyshin. Notability was established in previous AfD. The article needs to be improved, and there is a long bibliography in the history that some scholarly person could sort through. WP:AFDNOTCLEANUP. Jack N. Stock (talk) 03:56, 18 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
