Delete, sans redirect. WP:BEFORE finds a few sources, but none of them are reliable and significant, so the GNG isn't met. I don't think a redirect to ABP Group would be appropriate: the station isn't mentioned in the target article, and there's no source that even connects the two at all. One could argue for a redirect to List of Indian-language radio stations, but I think this is a case where the content, which is very promotional and unencyclopedic, should be deleted, not preserved.
