Notability problem. No reliable sources or references. Admittedly, I'm not very familiar with this field. However, is this article really notable and necessary? Can't these few lines be merged with one of the various articles about Flash? Not sure there's much here to add. Thanks for your consideration and I apologize for any error on my part.
