The result was delete. this is a "weak" close. All that has been verified here is "it exists" - there's no independent sources showing notability. We don't AGF with WP:V. So delete, without prejuduce to recreation IF sources are given to assert notability. If recreated with a sourced assertion, then don't delete as a repost. - Comment: Site does exist, and has been cited as a source at least 23 times on the English wikipedia. The name appears to refer to the "de facto" independent status of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. I added it to the Armenia related deletion discussions so maybe we can get an armenian expert to weigh in or find more sources (if they exist).--Milowent (talk) 18:27, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
