another random combination. almost all coverage is in a multilateral not bilateral context [1], although I'm sure their football sides have played each other. Cypriot foreign ministry lists a number of minor agreements including the vaguest "Memorandum of Understanding for the Establishment of a Mechanism of Consultations on Matters of Mutual Interest".
