The result was delete. Maybe also redirect, but that's for subsequent discussions to determine. This is indeed a deletion request, not a content dispute, so "wrong forum" arguments make no sense. Sandstein 19:53, 27 November 2016 (UTC)

- Merge and/or redirect to List of Upstairs, Downstairs (1971 TV series) characters#Lady Cynthia. No evidence of independent notability. Josh Milburn (talk) 16:17, 11 November 2016 (UTC)
- @ Josh Milburn Reply: List of Upstairs, Downstairs (1971 TV series) characters#Lady Cynthia doesn't exist any more. There were errors, sorry. Please see the image in Cynthia Cartwright (Upstairs, Downstairs character). Images aren't allowed in List of Upstairs, Downstairs (1971 TV series) characters. Please save the article Cynthia Cartwright (Upstairs, Downstairs character) and the image of Jessica Benton as Cynthia Cartwright (Upstairs, Downstairs character). --ColeB34 (talk) 05:47, 18 November 2016 (UTC)
- Keep and Merge to Jessica Benton. This article's sources are miniscule in numbers but the few listed, provide a substantial enough amount of context to her notability. JenniferLance7 (talk) 00:00, 15 November 2016 (UTC)
- @JenniferLance7 Reply: Images in the article Jessica Benton are not allowed. Please see the image in Cynthia Cartwright (Upstairs, Downstairs character). Images aren't allowed in Jessica Benton. - Wrong forum As per our WP:Deletion policy, content disputes such as this one belong elsewhere than AfD. Unscintillating (talk) 04:10, 24 November 2016 (UTC)

- In what way is this a content dispute? Josh Milburn (talk) 01:24, 26 November 2016 (UTC)
- Delete as the merge comments themselves acknowledge this is not independently notable or convincing, hence it should not be kept, and I concur since the current article is literally only a few sentences about a TV character, nothing significant beyond that. SwisterTwister talk 06:09, 24 November 2016 (UTC)
- reply to user:SwisterTwister : you are wrong user:SwisterTwister--ColeB34 (talk) 11:36, 24 November 2016 (UTC)
- That's not helpful. If you're going to say someone is wrong, explain why. Josh Milburn (talk) 01:24, 26 November 2016 (UTC)
- Comment: The fact that a non-free image would have to be deleted if this was merged is a terrible argument against merging. If the subject isn't notable, a merge is appropriate, and if that means deleting an image, so be it. Josh Milburn (talk) 01:26, 26 November 2016 (UTC)
- The reasons behind that issue remain unclear, and whether or not that argument would stand, the issue is a content issue, for which WP:Deletion policy says that an uninvolved editor should move the discussion to the talk page of the article. Unscintillating (talk) 06:23, 26 November 2016 (UTC)
