The site no longer exists and notability was not established for the long term (WP:ORG). The sources no longer reference this dead site so there seems little reason to keep an article on it. WP:BEFORE satisfied as the site has been tagged for improvement for over 18 months but no editor seems prepared or interested enough to justify an encyclopaedia entry for a non-existent website.
