Appears to be original research; has read like an unsourced essay for the past 14 years. The premise that "Cryptographic Engineering is the discipline of using cryptography to solve human problems" seems reasonable; however, it is completely unsupported. Perhaps a well-researched article could be written on the topic in the future. But due to the complete lack of sources, this page has nothing salvageable and we should WP:NUKEIT.
