Characters and time combination password

Only source given doesn't mention the topic at all and has been poorly sourced since its creation. I was unable to find anything online that mentions this topic besides Wikipedia mirrors. No indication of notability, and has been tagged with {{notability}} since January 2016. In my opinion there are no plausible places this could be redirected, hence delete.
