Topographical maps reveal that this entry and the others are either a a single not-notable farm/ranch, or neighborhood which do not pass our SNG or GNG guidelines: specifically WP:GEOLAND#2 I am also nominating the following related pages because these are not legally recognized places, and they do not meet our guideline for notability, failing WP:GEOLAND#1 they must meet WP:GEOLAND#2. They do not:

Delete all These are not notable populated places, these are largely single ranches negligently mass-created without even looking at the map to see that they are not communities. Those that do have people living there do not have significant coverage to establish notability. It is not forbidden "independent research" to see that GNIS is not always accurate in its classifications, and when it is, it is not "overriding the USGS" to see that is not sufficient to create an article with.
