Not notable, only reported in the media for a few days in January 2011 after the company issued a press release (source of much of the reporting it appears) announcing an ambitious and unrealistic project. DELETE—concur with proposer, the article appears to be based on a one-time event where this company apparently tied up some broadcast spectrum with the ITU, and needed a powerpoint design to support that application. I can find no more recent info to improve the article, nor any info that the company exists as an actual go-forward development entity.
