C. C. Hartzell

Chairman of the first Sweetest Day committee in Cleaveland, OH (in 1921). The subject does not meet any of the WP:BIO criteria and is already mentioned for his involvement in Sweetest Day at said article. WP:AGF. but it appears this article was created to justify retention of this image after it was nominated for IfD as an orphaned fairuse image. Delete--Isotope23 16:14, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
