- Delete. Colonel - doesn't pass WP:SOLDIER. In my BEFOREing I mainly see some coverage from Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States, a congressional testimony in his capacity there, and a bit of local press (over many years) from Pottstown, Pennsylvania publications.
